Description
Being magnesium chloride from a sea known as “fossil” in Europe, Nigari salt can be used for the production of tofu, as an alternative salt or even to prepare homemade mineral water (rich in magnesium). Very pure, it is available in resealable Doypack packaging (moisture sensitive) of 150g or 1kg.
Environmental benefit
It is the only Nigari salt produced in Europe, which makes it a “local” alternative to Nigari salts from China or Japan. Conditioned and packed in France.
